I am leaning  about reciprocal reading
I have learned that reciprocal  reading involves students being the leaders.Everyone is expected to contribute.

What?  I am learning about Anzac Day as it is an important part of our learning about ‘Being a New Zealander’

So What?

Two things I know: My uncle was in a war. He drove a tank

Anzac Day is April 25th

Two things I would like to know:

How did it start?

Why did it start?

Two things I have learned:

Anzac Day is special because it commemorates those who fought and those who died for us.

Flanders Field is where poppies grew.

We say, "Lest We Forget' at an Anzac ceremony.

Now What?

I would like to learn more about why did they dig trenches because it is interesting to me.
